Typical process: raw root → washing → low-temp drying → hammer milling → 70 % aqueous ethanol extraction → two-stage membrane filtration → vacuum concentration → spray drying → metal detection → blending → final pack under nitrogen.

In a 10-week double-blind study, 46 resistance-trained adults received either 50 % Ecdysterone or placebo. The supplemented group added a statistically significant margin to their 1-RM bench press without alterations in hepatic or renal markers. Parallel rodent data show up to 18 % improvement in grip strength versus control after 28 days of oral administration.
