Furthermore, endocrine tests on growth hormone and luteinizing hormone have not reported any effects of ecdysone on the mammalian hormonal system. The widely accepted dose is 5 mg/kg per day. For individuals suffering from stress and fatigue in today's fast-paced world, the recommended dose of ecdysone is 300-400mg per day.
