Every lot is screened for pesticide residues, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, ethylene oxide and plasticizers by accredited third-party laboratories; certificates are available on request.

WHAT IS THE EXTRACT FACTORY GINGER POWDER?
Starting with low-pesticide ginger cultivated in Yunnan Province, we peel, slice, dry and mill the rhizomes, then employ super-critical CO₂ extraction to concentrate gingerol and shogaol. The resulting fine, free-flowing powder is spray-dried to preserve the natural aroma, pungency and nutrients of fresh ginger. Shelf-stable and easy to dose, it is ideal for culinary seasonings, bakery blends, instant teas, dietary supplements and functional beverages.
